This is the code-creation-kit project ("cck")
This project is hosted by SourceForge.net. The project team describes it as:
The code-creation-kit can be used as code generator for any programming language. The input of the kit's text compiler is modeled in table and template files. The output of the text compiler can be generated as separate file or it can be generated in-place using inline templates. The documentation and a set of code samples help to get started. One of the samples shows how to create a C++ command line parser for instance. Helpful error messages, log output and other debug features help debugging when writing templates. The created code generation jobs can be integrated into a project using custom build steps, the documentation shows how to to this.
